Rabhan provides a marketplace connecting consumers with solar energy contractors and vendors. Our services include:

• Quote request and management system
• Solar equipment marketplace
• Project management and tracking
• Payment processing (Single Pay and BNPL options)
• Installation scheduling and verification
• Review and rating system

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Updating your information to keep it current

4. Consumer Obligations

As a consumer using our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate property and energy consumption information
• Make timely payments according to your chosen payment method
• Allow contractors reasonable access for installation and verification
• Comply with Saudi Arabian solar energy regulations

5. Contractor Obligations

Licensed contractors on our platform agree to:

• Maintain valid licenses and certifications
• Provide accurate quotes and project timelines
• Complete installations according to industry standards
• Honor warranty terms and provide post-installation support

6. Payments and Fees

All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include 15% VAT where applicable. Payment terms vary based on your selected method:

• Single Pay: Full payment at project acceptance or completion
• BNPL: Subject to SAMA credit approval and installment terms

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary by project stage. Please review your specific agreement with the contractor for detailed terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Rabhan platform are owned by Rabhan or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Rabhan acts as a marketplace platform. We are not responsible for:

• Quality of contractor work or products
• Disputes between consumers and contractors
• Installation delays or technical issues
• Energy production estimates or actual performance

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Saudi Arabian law.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
